RECIPE: ROMANIAN TEAM

Ingredients:
- bananas
- yoghurt
fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds and dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Slice ripe bananas in half lengthways and place two halves in a bowl.
2. Add 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt.
3. Sprinkle some fruit, dried fruit, nuts, seeds or/and dark chocolate.
4. Serve it as a snack, a dessert, or even breakfast. Enjoy! 








Yoghurt and Fruit Trifle

What makes this dessert special and healthy is the fact that we use Greek yoghurt instead of whipped cream!


Ingredients
  • 400gr of strained yoghurt
  • 250gr  of strawberry or orange marmalade
  • 16 digestive or petit beurre biscuits (crushed)
  • 100gr of dark chocolate drops or flakes

Directions
  • First take 4 glasses and place some crushed biscuits in each glass.
  • Layer some yoghurt.
  • Next spread a layer of marmalade.
  • Repeat once so as to have 6 layers
               (biscuits-yoghurt-marmalade-biscuits-yoghurt-marmalade)
  • Sprinkle dark chocolate flakes.
  • Place it in the fridge for one hour.
  • Enjoy!
